“We’re excited about the new tasting menu, because it gives us the opportunity to experiment with different ingredients, and really get creative in the kitchen,” Chef Williams said. “For $50, guests will be able to sample dishes including flounder, cavatelli pasta, a mangalista pork belly that is incredibly flavorful, and more. It’s a wonderful introduction to our culinary style, and we’re looking forward to its debut.”
The Chef’s Tasting Menu will change monthly to incorporate local, seasonal ingredients from Bouquet’s farmer and producer partners in the area. A vegetarian option will be available.
Bouquet opened in MainStrasse in 2007, and features small plates, charcuterie and cheese boards, entrees, desserts, wine, craft beer and cocktails. The restaurant partners with more than 30 farmers and producers to sourve food locally and sustainably as often as possible. Bouquet also offers private event space for private and corporate parties, meetings, and presentations. For information, or to make a reservation, call (859) 491-7777.
